Refund Policy
At Prime Time Athletics, we strive to provide the best experience for our athletes and families. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All payments for classes, programs, competitions, and merchandise are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. CLASS & PROGRAM REFUNDS
• Tuition Fees: Tuition payments are non-refundable. However, if an athlete withdraws due to a medical condition (with a doctor’s note), we may offer a credit for future programs.
• Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds or prorated tuition for missed classes. Make-up classes may be available, subject to availability.
• Cancellations by Prime Time Athletics: If we must cancel a class or program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues), we will offer a make-up token.
3. COMPETION & EVENT FEES
• Competition fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to event organizers.
4. PRIVATE LESSONS
• Private lesson payments are non-refundable.
5. MERCHANDISE SALES
• All sales of apparel and merchandise are final.
6. CAMP & CLINIC REFUNDS
• If an athlete cannot attend due to a medical condition, a credit may be issued with proper documentation.
7. MEMBERSHIPS & ANNUAL FEES
• Registration and membership fees are non-refundable.
