Welcome to Prime Time Athletics! By participating in our programs, using our facilities, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. GENERAL PARTICIPATION
• All athletes and participants must complete the required registration forms and waivers before participating in any activities.
• Prime Time Athletics reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals who fail to follow policies, exhibit unsafe behavior, or disrupt the experience of others.
2. PAYMENT & FEES
• All tuition, membership fees, and event payments must be made on time to maintain enrollment.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension from participation.
• All fees are subject to our Refund Policy (see separate policy for details).
3. SAFETY & CONDUCT
• Athletes must follow all safety instructions from coaches and staff.
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or removal from programs.
• Prime Time Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. HEALTH & LIABILITY
• Participants must be in good health and notify us of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
• In case of injury, Prime Time Athletics staff may provide first aid, contact emergency services, and notify guardians as needed.
• Prime Time Athletics is not liable for injuries sustained while participating in activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. CANCELLATION & SCHEDULE CHANGES
• Prime Time Athletics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, programs, or events as necessary.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes in advance.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
• By participating in our programs, you grant Prime Time Athletics permission to use photos or videos of athletes for marketing and promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to have your or your child’s image used, please notify us in writing.
7. FACILITY USE
• Athletes and visitors must respect the facility, equipment, and other participants.
• Parents/guardians must supervise non-participating children at all times.
8. WEBSITE & DIGITAL SERVICES
• All content on our website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is prohibited.
• Prime Time Athletics is not responsible for third-party links or content found on external sites.
9. POLICY UPDATE & AMENDMENTS
• We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued participation or use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
